Toby is a collie-cross, small-medium sized dog who is 7 years old. He loves people and gets on with most other dogs.
Toby has come to the refuge through no fault of his own as his family can, sadly, no long care for him. He is a friendly and happy lad who loves his walks and to be with you. He would be a great companion.
Unfortunately Toby has come back heartworm positive. Heartworm is a parasite which attacks the heart, although it is a very serious illness, most cases make a full recovery with correct treatment and time. If you would like to make a donation to help k9 cover the costs of his treatment, you can do so via the k9 website or at the refuge itself. He would like to thank you in advance
