Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Cart’ or ‘View Cart & Checkout’ (enter any discount code) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We currently only offer our web service to those in the UK.
Payment is through PayPal. We charge for the item at the moment of purchase.
Cancelling an Order:
K9 Tenerife endeavors to process your order as soon as possible after Checkout so you can receive your goods in a timely manner. Once you have hit the Purchase button at Checkout we begin to process your order.
If you decide after Checkout that you would like to cancel your order please contact us on email at email@example.com to amend your purchase.
K9 Tenerife does not currently charge tax.
Credit Card Security
Credit Card details are not held online or in storage by K9 Tenerife.
K9 Tenerife does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process.

Returning an item:
K9 Tenerife maintains a 14 day refund policy. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery with the original packaging, as long as the item has not been used or damaged after receipt. You will receive a full refund for all goods returned to us. However, this does not include the price of posting the item back to us.
Your refund will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Instructions for damaged or wrong items:
It is very important to us to ensure that you receive your goods in A1 condition and that the goods you have delivered are the goods that you receive, however sometimes things can go wrong. If your order has been damaged or contains the incorrect items we are really sorry, you are important to us and we will do all we can to make the situation right.
